Delivery of stock items (marked as in stock on the website with a quantity
of stock level recorded)
We do our best to ensure that orders received before 2:00pm are dispatched
the next working day on a 48 hour delivery Monday to Friday by Courier for
deliveries within the UK as per the parameters of UK Mails Geographical Areas /
zones A & B. Items sent to Northern Ireland, Eire, Northern Scotland or
outside of the UK will sometimes take longer and will be charged at a higher
carriage rate. We can sometimes do a same day dispatch (stock items only,
please call for details) if the order is received before 2:00pm however a
surcharge will be made. Please note a signature will be required and parcels
left with neighbours are under instruction are done so at the customers own
Delivery of non stock items (marked as instock within a quantity of stock
Please note that non stock items are usually dispatched direct from our
suppliers. Orders will generally be received by yourself within five working
days of placing your order, you will be notified if your order will take any
longer. Non stock items may take longer, please check at time of ordering.
For orders in the
UK (standard delivery) over £150* you will qualify for free postage and
packing. For all orders under the value of £10.00* the postage and
packing charge will be £4.50* and for orders between £10.00* and £100.00*
the postage charge of £7.50* will apply.
Next working day delivery (Monday to Friday) is sometimes available for
telephone orders of stock items placed before 2:00pm only and will usually
incur a surcharge, please phone for more details on 01543 897505.
Please note that additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland
and the Channel Islands and areas marked outside UK Mail’s Zones A & B.

will not be able to order on line, please phone or email for delivery

If you would like your order to be delivered or
invoiced to an alternative address.
We can deliver and invoice to any address that you
input at the time of ordering onto the online system, however all orders need
to be signed for so please only give home addresses if there will be someone
there to sign for your parcel, unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time.
If have only received part of your order
If your order is quite large it may be sent in two
or more parcels, they are dispatched at the same time but sometimes get
separated in transit, the complete order should however arrive within two
