Returns Policy

Return of Goods:

Defective, damage or incorrectly received goods must be advised to Lloyd Morgan Group within 1 day of receipt by calling Lloyd Morgan Group on 01543 897505 or via email to info@lloydmorgangroup.co.uk

Lloyd Morgan Group take no responsibility for goods incorrectly ordered by the customer.

Please ensure that all goods are packed and returned sufficiently, as Lloyd Morgan Group take no responsibility for any damage occurring in return transit.

Goods that are received back to Lloyd Morgan Group that are damaged, and do not match the original condition as reported, will not be refunded.

Incorrectly received goods, defects or damaged goods must be returned to Lloyd Morgan Group within 5 working days from original communication of notification of an issue.

The goods will be assessed upon receipt.

Where goods have passed the assessment, a full refund at the price paid via the website for the item(s) will be made within 5 working days.

Any additional issues have been highlighted as the assessment stage, will be clearly communicated to the customer upon discovery.

Return postage is the responsibility / liability of the customer.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund within seven days of your order. In the unlikely event you need to return goods, you must contact us first on 01543 897505.

If you decide for any reason not to keep the goods, you may return them for a refund, providing the following conditions are met:

Return of the goods is within 14 days of delivery

The goods are 'as new' with manufacturers' seals

The goods are not a 'special order' - ie personalised or made to measure

You ensure the safe return of goods (obtain a proof of posting and adequate insurance). The order and delivery took place in the UK

If you should order an item and find out it is not what you want, in most cases we are happy to arrange a refund * for you. Just phone us and we can establish if there is something that would suit your requirements better. A postage and handling fee may be charged, dependent upon the type of product. The exact charge will be confirmed at time of calling.

* Refunds are only given after considering other outstanding debts on the account. Any debts that are due will be deducted from the requested refund. All refunds are processed on a bi-weekly cycle.
