Returns Policy

Return of Goods:

Defective, damage or incorrectly received goods must be advised to Lloyd Morgan Group with 1 day of receipt via Lloyd Morgan Groups Online Returns Portal which can be found in the "Customer Services" section in the footer of every page labeled as "Returns"

Lloyd Morgan Group take no responsibility for goods incorrectly ordered by the customer.

Please ensure that all goods are packed and returned sufficiently, as Lloyd Morgan Group take no responsibility for any damage occurring in return transit.

Goods that are received back to Lloyd Morgan Group that are damaged, and do not match the original condition as reported, will not be refunded.

Incorrectly received goods, defects or damaged goods must be returned to Lloyd Morgan Group within 5 working days from original communication of notification of an issue.

The goods will be assessed upon receipt.

Where goods have passed the assessment, a full refund at the price paid via the website for the item(s) will be made within 5 working days.

Any additional issues have been highlighted as the assessment stage, will be clearly communicated to the customer upon discovery.

Return postage is the responsibility / liability of the customer.
