Electricians’ Class 0 Insulating Gauntlet
These Class 0 electricians gauntlets provide essential hand protection for anyone working on or around low-voltage electrical systems rated up to 1,000V AC. Certified to EN60903, they are the standard choice for fleet technicians, EV and hybrid vehicle maintenance teams, and electricians working in transport workshops and depots.
Made from non-conductive natural rubber, the gauntlets offer excellent dielectric properties alongside the flexibility and durability needed for day-to-day workshop use. Their anatomically shaped design reduces hand fatigue during extended wear, and the natural rubber construction keeps them as thin as practical to maintain dexterity when handling components.
A leather protection gauntlet can be worn over the top to provide additional mechanical protection against cuts, abrasion and puncture during more demanding tasks.
Every pair should be visually inspected before use and subjected to a manually applied air test to check for leaks or damage. Gloves should be stored and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance to extend service life.
