We are committed to delivering a fantastic selection of products at great prices. Find the same product cheaper (in-store or online by another UK VAT registered retailer) and we will match it or refund the difference up to 3 days after purchase.


How to claim your price match promise:

If purchasing online:

Please contact our Customer Service Team with evidence of the lower price. This can be, for example, a copy of an advert, a screengrab or a reference to a web page that the team can use to verify the price based on the Terms & Conditions below. The more information you can provide the quicker and easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge to give you the best price possible. Price match changes can only be done through our call centre. A price match must be claimed within 24 hours of being accepted by our Customer Services team, or this will expire. Therefore, a new price match request will need to be generated.

The item must be in stock and the stock held physically with the price matching company.

Stock Levels

Although we aim to do our best at keeping our stock levels accurate by using life feeds to our holding facility. From time to time the system may have errors showing stock that isn't physically here. where this occurs we will contact you immediately and discuss options for delivery, alternative products or potential refunds. Through out the process you will be clearly communicated with.
